Tomato knife use and care:
It is ideal for tomatoes (of course!) and any fruit, citrus, or vegetable with thick skin and soft flesh. Great for sausages and cheese as well.
The Forgiato collection is dishwasher safe. However, handwashing and drying all kitchen knives immediately after use helps preserve their appearance over time.
