Champagne Saber Black Resin Handle
Descriptions & details
A quick stroke with a Champagne sword against the ring on the neck of the bottle and the cork and glass ring will fly away. Don’t worry: no fragments of glass will get into the wine thanks to the high pressure of the golden nectar inside the bottle.
The sabrage was invented by the Hussars, Napoleon's cavalry officers, who had repeated victories to celebrate and many lovely French women to impress.
Consigli is a family of knife makers who has been producing high-end cutting tools for more than 60 years.
This champagne saber is cut from high-quality stainless steel and treated to achieve the perfect mix of elasticity and durability. The unsharpened part of the blade runs all the way to the end of the butt; this feature, known as full-tang, is vital to the balance, weight, stability, and strength of the knife.
Product details:

The artist
When the Consigli brothers founded their own knife-making company in the 1950s, they already had a long experience in this ancient craft and knew how to make a difference.
They experimented with innovative materials and created hard-working, robust, and durable working knives with designs inspired by regional traditions. Encouraged by their success, they went on to create new, high-end collections of kitchen and table knives that have been their best-selling product ever since.
Made of high-quality materials, both natural and synthetic, Consigli knives are entirely handcrafted using traditional production methods. The company motto is "nothing but the best", and their products are true to it.
The company is located in Scarperia, a charming little village perched on a Tuscan hill north of Florence.
Scarperia has been home to the knife-making industry for more than 600 years. The origin of the ancient, illustrious tradition of iron-working and blade making is lost in the mists of time. Still, the magic of the simple, essential gestures that forge perfect blades and change them into legendary knives is intact, handed down from one generation to the next.
