thatsarte.com is designed to automatically recognize the country you are shopping from: should it not work properly, you can always change the country in the top right corner of any page.
Remember that changing the country will affect the currency. Shipping charges will always be calculated with regard to the shipping address.

We currently ship to the following countries: Australia, Austria, Belgium, Canada, Czech Republic, Denmark, Finland, France, Germany, Greece, Hungary, India, Ireland, Italy, Liechtenstein, Luxembourg, Monaco, Netherlands, New Zealand, Norway, Poland, Portugal, Slovakia, Slovenia, Spain, Sweden, Switzerland, United Kingdom, United States.

We do not ship to PO boxes, General Delivery/Poste Restante and APO/FPO addresses.
If your address is in a remote area, Contact Us  before placing your order as extra shipping charges might apply.

We will be happy to assist you on shipments to different destinations: send us a list of the items you wish to order and we’ll send you the relevant shipping charges and the instructions for the payment.
A quick way to send us a list of products you are interested in is to create an account, add the products to your wish list and share the list with us using the email address info AT thatsArte.com. Another option is to use our contact form.

Soon after your order is placed, we will send you an email to confirm that the order has been received and to let you know if your items are in stock.

If your items are in stock, we will ship them in 3/5 days.
However, as all our products are handmade and some artists have no help in making their goods, it often happens that the items you have ordered are not in stock. In this case the product availability depends on the artists you have chosen.

Artists have different production lead times: you can check them in each artist’s page or in the product page. If you wish to make sure of the availability of a product before you order Contact Us , mentioning the product code: it’s very important if you’re buying a present and you have a specific deadline.

Taxes and Customs fees
thatsArte.com strictly applies a “no surprise at delivery” policy. All you need to pay for your handmade Italian goods is ALWAYS in bottom line of the order review page.

No taxes, Customs duties and fees are due for shipments to the US, Australia and European Union member countries.

A contribution to the local taxes, Customs duties and fees are due for shipments to all the other countries.

Important: for very large orders, you might be required to fill in a Formal Entry form with your personal information by the carrier, on behalf of your Country’s Customs authorities.

Order trackingTop

When your order ships, we’ll send you an email with your tracking information, so you can follow your order’s progress all the way to the shipping address you have provided. 

If you have an Account at thatsArte.com you can log in any time to check the status of your order and track your shipment.

The international courier service delivers Monday through Friday during office hours and you cannot pre-book delivery times. The courier will try to deliver the package for three consecutive working days, leaving a notification with a contact number each time.
Undelivered packages will be returned to our warehouse.
