Each ceramic piece from L'Antica Deruta is handcrafted, glazed and hand painted in their studio in Deruta.

The panel measures 23.6x23.6 inches - 60x60 cm and consists of:
- 6 rectangular tiles measuring 11.8x5.9 inches - 30x15 cm
- 4 corner tiles measuring 5.9x5.9 inches - 15x15 cm
The tiles are approx 0.5 inch thick.
The frame is handmade from old walnut. Its width is approx 2 inches - 5 cm.

We work with L'Antica Deruta on special projects made to measure and handcrafted to your taste and requirements. Because every piece is handmade, we can have it resized, redesigned to add or remove an element, hand-painted in a different color palette. We love challenges! L'Antica Deruta is a family-owned business founded by Alviero Moretti in the fifties. He was an innovator, determined to make pottery that, while very much inspired by traditional designs, would be more suitable to modern lifestyle and artistic sensibility. While working on his own collections, Alviero collaborated with prominent Italian painters and sculptors, effectively promoting ceramics as a contemporary art medium.
L'Antica Deruta is now run by Alviero Moretti's children, with passion and dedication.
