Firenze ceramics by Marco e Vasco Bertini
Solid beauty. That is how we like to define these ceramics. Each piece has a physical, imposing presence, both for its rich designs and for its size and weight.
The Bertinis’ source of inspiration are the huge vases, urns, pine cones and high end ornamental pottery used to decorate the rich Tuscan villas during the Renaissance.
Product availability: if not in stock, Bertini’s pottery is available in 6/8 weeks.
Product information: The Bertinis’ ceramics are to be used for decoration purpose only. Their beauty and their strong similarity to original Renaissance ceramics is in fact due to the use of traditional colours and glazes.

Know more about Marco e Vasco Bertini
The brothers Marco e Vasco Bertini founded their fabbrica 60 years ago, proud to continue the work started from their father. He was fascinated by the ancient ceramics, made in the area to decorate noble palaces and villas in Florence and now housed in the world’s most famous museums.
Marco and Vasco grew up sharing their father’s passion for high decoration pottery, which are now the most relevant part of their production. They make themselves the molds for their pieces, which they shape and fire in a huge kiln.
Nothing stops them, certainly not the size or the difficulty of a piece. When we visited them the first time, they were making a huge fountain!
They are masters in reproducing old glazes and colours, using traditional technique and materials with the help of three experienced painters.
