Ordering from thatsArte.com is quick and easy!

1. Identify your item

If you’re looking for a specific item, i.e. dinner plates, the fastest way to review our selection is to go through the Shop by Category section. If you’d like to see all our assortment of that item, please type the item name into the Search box.  You can also use the Search box to find artists, patterns, etc.  

If you are already familiar with Italian pottery and you’re looking for a specific style, i.e. the patterns of Deruta or Tuscan pottery, you can save time browsing our Shop by Region section.

Are you looking for gift ideas? There you have two options: either you go through the categories or you use the Search box on your right and rank the results by price.

2. Add your items to your Shopping Cart

Once you have identified a product of interest, click on Add to cart on the item’s product detail page. The content of your cart and its value in US dollars is always visible on the right-hand side of the page while you keep on shopping.
You can access the contents of your Shopping Cart at any time by clicking on View your cart or on the Shopping Cart section at the top of every page.

Once your cart contains all of the items you want to order, click on View your cart or on the Shopping Cart section at the top of every page.

You are now into the Shopping Cart page. Here you can review your order in order to add items, delete items, change their quantities and use the Personalize your ceramic option.

If you need to think a bit more about your purchase, you can use the Save your cart option at the bottom of the page. It’s simple: add your email address into the relevant box and we’ll immediately send you an email message with a link to resume and revise you cart at any time.

Your Shipping Charges, if any, are always visible at the bottom of the order.

 

3. Submit your order & payment safely and securely

When you are ready to place the order, click on Checkout.

In the next page you will be asked to enter your personal information and the shipping address. Don’t be scared by the amount of empty fields you see, only a few of them are compulsory.
The e-mail address you provide here will be the one we use to communicate with you about your order, so please double-check it. You must use your own e-mail address, even if you’re buying something for someone else.
At this time you can place your order online only if the shipping address is in the US, excluding Alaska, Hawaii, PO boxes. For different destinations, please view Do you ship to destinations outside the United States?
If you are buying a gift, you can add a message for the recipient. We’ll be happy to print it nicely and send it along with your gift. When you are ready click on Continue.

You’ll be forwarded into our Safe and Secure Payment Page, where you can choose your payment method. Our payment page is secured with a SSL certificate by Thawte, the US leading Certification Authority. To know more about personal info protection, view: How are my credit card payments protected?
If you choose to pay with Visa and Mastercard you can safely enter your card data here and we will directly process your payment. Don’t forget to enter the credit card number without spaces or dashes.
We also accept Paypal and all other US relevant credit cards via Paypal. You don’t need to be a PayPal member to pay with your credit card.
Once you have chosen your payment method, click on Continue.

Check all the information you provided and make any necessary adjustments. When you are ready, click on Pay now.

Your order will be rapidly processed and a message sent to your email address with the order confirmation and the item(s) availability. Once we are ready to ship, we will send you another message with all the information you need to track your order.

Please note that, although you’ll be always asked to choose a method of payment, we usually charge your credit card right away only when the sale is final, that is

  • when your item(s) is in stock and ready to be shipped
  • when the order contains one or more personalized items or a special order

If your item(s) is not in stock and you did not ask for any free personalization or tailor made piece (special orders), we will charge your credit card 20 days after you placed your order. Italian banks do not allow to delay payments more than 20 days from payment approval.

If we do not receive a written notification from you within 5 calendar days of your receipt of the ceramics, the sale is final.
