At thatsArte.com we are confident you’ll be delighted every time you buy one of our pieces.

Occasionally though, you may want to return an item. If for any reason you are unhappy with your purchase, our Free trial policy grants you the right to return your piece(s) to us in its original condition within 10 days of the purchase delivery date.

You can return your purchase in exchange for another item, or ask for full reimbursement of the original price (including Shipping Charges).

To cancel/return your purchase, please e-mail us within 5 calendar days of receipt of the ceramics, mentioning your Name, Order Number and the Product  Code of the item(s) you wish to return. Please, package the relevant item(s) securely and send it to us using an insured airborne express service within 10 days of receipt of the ceramics. Please note that you are responsible for the shipping and insurance charges to return the ceramics.

We will refund your credit card within 10 days of receiving the items. We’ll notify you of your reimbursement via e-mail once we’ve received and processed the return. If you ask to exchange your item with another ceramic piece, we will let you know the availability.

If you returned most of the items from a multi-item shipment, you will be reimbursed for the full value of the returned items deducted from the appropriate Shipping Charges.

Please note that no returns will be accepted if not previously agreed upon with us.

The free trial policy applies to all items purchased at thatsArte.com, except for personalized items and special orders. Personalized items and special orders will be fully reimbursed only if damaged or incorrect. In this case our Return Policy applies.
